How does this work? What are my fees? 

Typical intervention plan: one 60-90 min conversation around concerns and stress points, assessments scheduled separately, written plan sent and discussed (1X refinement included), weekly online meetings (30-45 min) with set timeline for intervention and follow up conversation/assessment at end of intervention period. Fee: $75/hour, itemized. First payment due at time of service. 

Typical materials/accommodation/modification plan: one 60-90 min conversation around concerns and stress points, materials and written acc/mod recc’s (1X refinement included), weekly questionanairs, and a follow up after a set amount of time. $75/hour, itemized.  First payment due at time of service. 

Typical TESOL plan: one 30 minute conversation around purposes for learning English, then pay per individualized Unit Plan (6 weeks each). Pre- and Post assessments and weekly questionnaires included. $75/hour, itemized.  First payment due at time of service. 

Consultation with other Professionals: Fee discussed or as promoted. 

Why do I charge $75/hour? I have over two decades of experience that I call upon when working with students, families, and communities. I also work hard to stay current on particular disabilities, best practices, and current research. I also work a full-time day job and have a family and community that I enjoy. In essence, I’m a professional so I am charging professional fees. 

Payment Options: that not everyone can afford to pay the whole bill in total.  I will set up a payment plan with you, with $25 minimum per payment until itemized total is paid in full. All payments Venmo: @RH-EC or Stripe _____________
